Krasner Scholarship Fund The Upstate Chapter of the American Planning Association, together with the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the University at Buffalo, has established the Michael Krasner Memorial Scholarship in Planning where Mike was an adjunct professor. The annual award honors the memory, interest, and commitment of Michael Krasner to practice and education in urban and regional planning. A $1500 tuition scholarship will be awarded annually, for a minimum of four years, to a graduate student who is entering their final year of graduate study in planning at the University of Buffalo and whose academic and professional career plans exemplify commitment to planning issues in Western New York.
